I agree to receive from TelForceOne S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (50-428) at ul. Krakowska 119, KRS 0000232137 by e-mail to the commercial e-mail address I provided above regarding products and services offered by TelForceOne S.A. within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123).
Personal data will be processed by TelForceOne S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (50-428) at ul. Krakowska 119, KRS 0000232137 (hereinafter “the Administrator”) in order to receive commercial information under the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123), pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“GDPR”).
I declare that I have been informed about the right to rectify, delete or limit processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Personal data will also be processed in order to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. investigation, defense of claims arising from the provision of electronic services.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to send commercial information.
