I. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation in order to:

a) research on the quality of service and analytical and statistical purposes constituting the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the Regulation).
b) receive commercial information, marketing offers, including information about discounts and promotions to the e-mail address provided, pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a Regulations, if consent has been given;
c) handling e-mail correspondence sent via the contact form, which is the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator or third parties (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the Regulation);
d) use of Cookies specified in the Cookie Policy, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator or third parties (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the Regulation);
e) implement other than the legitimate interest of the Administrator or third parties other than the above, including establishing, pursuing and defending claims that may arise in connection with the use of the website (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation).

Processing Time
Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to implement the above. purposes of processing. After this period, the data will be stored for the period of limitation of claims that may arise on their background. In the event of consent to processing, the data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing, but no longer than until the consent is withdrawn. Data of recipients of personal data
The Administrator transfers your personal data only to entities providing the Administrator with services related to the implementation of the above. goals, among others IT system providers, entities involved in technical preparation, entities included in the TelForceOne Capital Group, and persons performing tasks related to commercial and marketing processes. In addition, the information you provide may be disclosed to competent public authorities if required by applicable law.

Obligation and consequences of failure to provide data
In the event of providing data based on consent, the data is provided by you voluntarily, however, failure to provide it may result in the inability to use selected website options.

Data collected automatically
The website operating in the forever.eu domain uses the following tools:

Google Analytics – used to monitor and analyze website traffic. During your visit to the website, such data as browser type, operating system type, etc. will be automatically collected. The website also uses Google Analytics interest reports and demographics.
Google AdWords – is used to conduct online campaigns in the search network and the advertising network, using the mechanisms of targeting and remarketing of advertising messages. The website user has the option to opt out of the Google AdWords service for display ads and to customize ads on the Google Display Network using Ads Settings. Data from Google based on interests or data of external recipients (e.g. age, gender and interests) are used to better match advertising messages.
MailChimp – an online platform for sending professional email marketing campaigns in the form of e.g. a newsletter.

 

II. COOKIES POLICY

Definitions

2. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website’s pages.
2a. Administrator’s Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.
2b. External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Website’s website.
3. Website – means the website or application under which the Administrator runs a website operating in the domain of forever.eu.
4. Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
